Orders & payments All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinars (KD). Your order total and delivery fee are shown before payment. Your order is confirmed once payment is successful and an order confirmation is issued. Payments are processed through Tap Payments using the methods available on our website and may also be subject to your payment provider’s and bank’s terms. Product availability If an item becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will contact you to agree on a substitute or refund the unavailable item. We will only send a substitute with your approval. Changes & cancellations Please contact us as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. We will do our best to help, but change-of-mind requests may not be possible once preparation has begun. This does not affect your legal rights if your order is incorrect or defective. Delivery & order issues We arrange delivery through a third-party courier within our available service areas in Kuwait. Please check that your address and telephone number are correct. See our Delivery Policy for fees and timings, and our Returns & Refunds Policy for damaged or incorrect orders. Contact BUNIT directly with any order issue. Ingredients & allergens Please review ingredient and allergen information before ordering and eating our products, and follow the storage instructions on the packaging. Contact us before ordering with any questions about a product’s suitability for a particular allergy. This does not reduce our responsibility to provide accurate product information. Website information & content We aim to keep our website information accurate. If an error affects your order, we will contact you to explain it and agree on a suitable solution. We will not change the price of a confirmed order without your agreement. BUNIT’s logo, designs, photographs and content are owned by us or used with permission. Commercial reuse requires prior permission, without restricting uses permitted by law. Your rights & updates These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait and do not limit your statutory consumer rights. We may update them when needed. The version shown when your order is confirmed will continue to apply to that order, unless the law requires otherwise.
